  ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಗಾಗಿ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡನೇ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು
   

• Avail treatment and respectful case in a safe environment
  ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಕಾಳಜಿ
   

• Free from any form of physical, verbal abuse or harassment by Hospital authorities or staff
  ಆಸ್ಪತ್ತೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಅಥವಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗದವರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನಗತ್ಯ ದೈಹಿಕ / ಮೌಖಿಕ ನಿಂದನೆ
   

• To get all relevant information regarding the disease, course of treatment, discharge planning and cos to treatment
  ರೋಗಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳನ್ನು ತಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುಬಹುದು
   

• Education on safe and effective use of medications and the potential side effects of the medications, food drug interactions, diet and nutrition
  ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬಳಕೆ, ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಸಂಭಾವ್ಯ ಅಡ್ಡಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳು, ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಣೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬವುದು

• Informed consent before anaesthesia, blood and blood product transfusion and any invasive / high risk procedure/ treatment

Patient’s responsibilities | ರೋಗಿಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳ

 

• Responsibility for providing accurate and complete information about medical problems, past illness, hospitalization, medications, pain and other matters relating to their health
  ರೋಗಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು, ಹಿಂದಿನ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ಇತರೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಖರವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು
   

• Responsibility for following the treatment plan recommended by the health care team
  ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಕ್ರಮಗನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿರಬೇಕು
   

• Responsibility for their actions if they refuse treatment or do no follow the health care teams’ instructions
  ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ವೈದೈಕೀಯ ತಂಡದ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸದ್ದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ರೋಗಿಯೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ
   

• Responsibility for seeing that their bills are paid as promptly as possible and following hospital rules and regulations
  ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಬಿಲ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕು
